Por otro lado, la escasez de agua y sanitarios insalubres, a cielo abierto, atraen roedores e insectos, los mismos que generan infecciones gastrointestinales y otros malestares al estudiante. Asimismo, el patio y campo deportivos no motivan a practicar actividades deportivas, ya que su pavimento de tierra desnivelado, polvo, viento y exposici\u00f3n permanente al sol afectan la pr\u00e1ctica del deporte.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Frente a ello, las autoridades de la comunidad, personal docente, padres de familia y los estudiantes vienen alzando su voz de protesta ante las instancias correspondientes como el gobierno local, provincial y regional, quienes hacen o\u00eddos sordos; es decir, en vez de dar la cara dan la espalda, pues parece que a ellos la instituci\u00f3n educativa poco o nada les importa.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Asimismo, se hace notar que ning\u00fan representante del Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n (MINEDU) ha llegado a estos lares, a pesar de que seg\u00fan la Ley General de Educaci\u00f3n N\u00b0 28044 se manifiesta que la educaci\u00f3n se debe dar en niveles \u00f3ptimos de formaci\u00f3n que deben alcanzar las personas para enfrentar los retos del desarrollo humano, ejercer su ciudadan\u00eda y continuar aprendiendo durante toda la vida.
