Los padres se encuentran en la encrucijada de adquirir toda la lista escolar; a la vez que se sienten aliviados de deshacerse de sus hijos durante la semana de travesuras caseras que ir\u00e1n a partirle el alma al profesor del aula. Los maestros supuestamente regresan con nuevos aires, nuevas metodolog\u00edas, nuevos chistes, nuevos apodos a su lugar de trabajo; despu\u00e9s de haber estado enclaustrados en sus casas durante sesenta d\u00edas debido a la crisis pol\u00edtica que atraviesa el Per\u00fa.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"has_ma_el_bg_slider elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-73a18dad elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default jltma-glass-effect-no\" data-id=\"73a18dad\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"has_ma_el_bg_slider elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-35312203 jltma-glass-effect-no\" data-id=\"35312203\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8d0668d jltma-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8d0668d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">El t\u00edo Vladimir Ilich Ulianov, con su apodito de Lenin, estaba bastante seguro de la situaci\u00f3n del ser humano social que encerraba con su frase lapidaria: \u00absalvo el poder, todo es ilusi\u00f3n\u00bb; pues s\u00ed, el poder reside en las autoridades pol\u00edticas, directores de instituciones educativas, rectores, jefes con sus jerarqu\u00edas del aparato estructural del funcionamiento del poder. Ellos, los que ejercen el poder, siempre anhelan que sus empleados se alineen al son r\u00edtmico de una melod\u00eda apacible. En esta necesidad de ser halagados por sus empleados, aparecen los ungidos de la tercera venida de Jes\u00fas, que ocupan la secci\u00f3n de franeleros en llevarse lo mejor posible con la autoridad. Para obtener el m\u00e1ximo beneficio; porque en el poder se permiten y congracian muchas cosas, estos franeleros ya no saben echar flores, incienso, babas y sobreexcitaci\u00f3n a sus autoridades.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Por otro lado, estas autoridades dan ciertas prerrogativas a sus caprichosos requerimientos para faltar al trabajo cuando quieran con la pretensi\u00f3n de ayudar a la gesti\u00f3n. Contribuyen a su magn\u00edfica y revolucionaria idea de mejora institucional, dejando \u00abtolaca\u00bb de ideas al se\u00f1or Lenin de su lapidaria frase: \u00absalvo el poder, todo es ilusi\u00f3n\u00bb. Los franeleros se dedican a hacer creer a las autoridades que su gesti\u00f3n es la mejor; mientras se creen esta farsa, los dandis de la gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica alucinan. Recursos humanos, oficina de personal, control de asistencia es una franela para el adulador; porque el franelero sale cantando la canci\u00f3n: \u00abEl amor aparece y desaparece\u00bb de Armon\u00eda 10.
