Sus beneficios principales para la salud\u00b2 son:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Proporciona energ\u00eda al organismo,<\/strong>\u00a0por ser una excelente fuente de carbohidratos, as\u00ed como combate el estre\u00f1imiento por ser rica en fibras y mejorar la salud de la flora intestinal.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Mejora el sistema inmunol\u00f3gico<\/strong>\u00a0por ser rica en zinc, vitamina C y vitaminas del complejo B, nutrientes que son fundamentales para subir las defensas del organismo, previene el envejecimiento precoz y\u00a0mejora la salud de la piel<strong>,\u00a0<\/strong>debido a que contiene una elevada cantidad de\u00a0vitamina C, un poderoso antioxidante que favorece la cicatrizaci\u00f3n de la piel y\u00a0la producci\u00f3n de col\u00e1geno.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Mejora la salud del coraz\u00f3n<strong>,\u00a0<\/strong>por ser rica en vitamina B3, la cual ayuda a disminuir los niveles de colesterol y triglic\u00e9ridos, disminuyendo el riesgo de sufrir enfermedades card\u00edacas, adem\u00e1s de esto, tambi\u00e9n ayuda a\u00a0relajar los vasos sangu\u00edneos y mejorar la circulaci\u00f3n, por contener minerales como el magnesio y potasio.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Mantiene la salud de los huesos y de los dientes, debido a que es rico en calcio y f\u00f3sforo, nutrientes esenciales para evitar enfermedades como la osteopenia y la osteoporosis, igualmente favorece el crecimiento muscular, debido a que es rica en carbohidrato que proporciona la energ\u00eda para el entrenamiento.
