La tendencia del food tech , llamada tambi\u00e9n p\u00edldoras de innovaci\u00f3n, denominada as\u00ed a la tecnolog\u00eda alimentaria, que abarca desde invenciones, innovaciones y tecnolog\u00edas que emergen r\u00e1pidamente en este mundo cambiante de las industrias alimentarias.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n<hr \/>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">La cocina magazine (2022) La innovaci\u00f3n en la gastronom\u00eda a trav\u00e9s del food tech tienen variadas implicancias en diversos sectores, cuyo objetivo va desde crear productos, servicios, alimentos, platos, todo lo concerniente a la industria alimentaria muy disruptiva. Siempre hay formas innovadoras de preparar y el de presentar alimentos como idea disruptiva no resulta sencillo, citamos algunos ejemplos que destacan:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Inside tracker o sistema de nutrici\u00f3n ultrapersonalizado, es un startup que relaciona la alimentaci\u00f3n con el bienestar general, empleo de plataformas de seguimiento personalizado de la alimentaci\u00f3n y el estilo de vida saludable, proporciona informaci\u00f3n minuciosa y datos del usuario, integrado por bio marcadores de sangre, ADN, informaci\u00f3n demogr\u00e1fica y hasta cuenta con rastreadores de actividad y crea planes de acci\u00f3n personalizados respaldados por la ciencia. El objetivo de esta plataforma son los planes personalizados de nutrici\u00f3n para que el usuario obtenga una vida m\u00e1s longeva y saludable, se integra con elementos inteligentes como los relojes y pulseras. Los ejercicio, nutrici\u00f3n, suplemento y estilo de vida, son 4 categor\u00edas fundamentales para el plan de acci\u00f3n personalizado.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Mimic seafood desde Madrid, basada en lo vegetal, proyecto de ivoro food innovation hub con la misi\u00f3n de proporcionar mejores opciones de alimentos a los consumidores, alimentos sabrosos, saludables sin tener que comprometer sus valores, valoran las conexiones con los agricultores y las peque\u00f1as empresas locales. Comercializan y desarrollan mariscos de origen vegetal, siendo limpios y muy conocido por los consumidores.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Reshape biotech desde Dinamarca siendo un startup con la construcci\u00f3n de la pr\u00f3xima generaci\u00f3n de robots con el fin de llevar los niveles de procesos a la automatizaci\u00f3n de laboratorios y supervisar de manera efectiva el crecimiento microbiano.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Basecamp research, Empresa de datos biol\u00f3gicos con sede en Londres, basado en el descubrimiento y desarrollo de prote\u00ednas de alto rendimiento para los clientes preocupados por la salud y alimentaci\u00f3n, cuyo objetivo es la creaci\u00f3n de alimentos m\u00e1s funcionales que los existentes en la actualidad.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0Kern tec, startup austriaco que recicla huesos de frutas para hacer productos ultra sostenibles a base de plantas. Emplean semillas de albaricoques, cerezas, ciruelas, que por lo general son descartados, y ahora se emplea como materia prima, convirti\u00e9ndose en ingredientes para las industrias alimentarias y el sector de bebidas. Ofrecen desde aceites, crema de chocolate y bebidas alternativa de los l\u00e1cteos y yogures.
