Esto hace que el sanky se convierta en un insumo ideal para incluir en un r\u00e9gimen de dieta, ya sea para bajar de peso, para combatir la diabetes o para regular el colesterol elevado, se dice que el sanky tiene el elixir de la juventud, datos recogidos se\u00f1alan que en su pulpa se encuentran concentrados\u00a0altos niveles de antioxidantes, encargados de disminuir el da\u00f1o que ocasionan los radicales libres en las c\u00e9lulas, de este modo, evita la aparici\u00f3n de manchas en la piel y estr\u00e9s oxidativo, el cual trae como consecuencia el envejecimiento prematuro\u00b2.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">El consumo de antioxidantes tambi\u00e9n previene la aparici\u00f3n de tumores y otras afecciones como las enfermedades degenerativas y cardiovasculares, un alimento completo, as\u00ed es este regalo de los Andes.
