Es una fruta tan elevada como la espinaca y la zanahoria, tambi\u00e9n indico la especialista en Nutrici\u00f3n que, en una cantidad de 100 gramos de n\u00edspero, hay 47 calor\u00edas, 0.4g de prote\u00ednas, 0.2g de grasa, 12g de carbohidratos y\u00a01.7g de fibra\u00b3<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">La idea de la difusi\u00f3n de este fruto andino es la de revalorar como un recurso vegetal importante para la alimentaci\u00f3n funcional y salud de las personas, promover su cultivo permanente como planta frutal para que pueda desarrollarse tal vez una agroindustria con diversos derivados<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Aqu\u00ed mencionamos algunos beneficios nutricionales del n\u00edspero, sobre todo por su gran contenido de vitamina C, B y A, los mismo que ayudan a nuestro sistema inmunol\u00f3gico, aportando tambi\u00e9n el potasio, magnesio y el calcio, ayudando al sistema \u00f3seo y contrarrestando los efectos de la descalcificaci\u00f3n en las personas adultas.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Las hojas del n\u00edspero tambi\u00e9n pueden ser utilizadas para hacer infusiones que ayudan a regular los niveles de glucosa en la sangre, sobre todo para las personas que sufren de diabetes. al ser una fruta de temporada, no suele hallarse en cualquier \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o.
