{"id":5828,"date":"2022-04-23T09:01:49","date_gmt":"2022-04-23T14:01:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.aldia.unah.edu.pe\/?p=5828"},"modified":"2023-03-10T12:43:44","modified_gmt":"2023-03-10T17:43:44","slug":"la-tuna-saludable","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aldia.unah.edu.pe\/?p=5828","title":{"rendered":"La Tuna saludable"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure id=\"attachment_915\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-915\" style=\"width: 104px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-915\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aldia.unah.edu.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/JUAN-QUISPE.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"104\" height=\"130\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-915\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Juan Quispe Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>jquispe@unah.edu.pe<\/strong><\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">La Tuna <em>(Opuntia ficus-indica)<\/em> es una cact\u00e1cea nativa del continente americano y se le encuentra desde el hemisferio occidental hasta Sudam\u00e9rica, algunos investigadores mencionan que la tuna es una planta tierna que se consume como verdura sobre todo en M\u00e9xico, donde es conocido como el nopal y el fruto maduro como tuna, en muchos paises son muy apreciados y son consumidos\u00a0 tanto el fruto como las pencas.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Entre sus propiedades alimenticias tiene vitaminas, minerales y prote\u00ednas, es fresca, jugosa, contribuye en el tratamiento de la diabetes y tiene grandes propiedades para la salud, mejorando la digesti\u00f3n, sirve como remedio natural para tratar enfermedades estomacales y resfriados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">V\u00e1squez (1994) en su estudio sobre componentes coagulantes de la penca, menciona que los pol\u00edmeros naturales se producen de manera espont\u00e1nea, debido a reacciones bioqu\u00edmicas que ocurren en animales y plantas, poseen una compleja estructura qu\u00edmica,<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">por lo general est\u00e1n constituidos por varios tipos de polisac\u00e1ridos y prote\u00ednas, algunos de ellos tienen propiedades coagulantes o floculantes y en muchos lugares son utilizados en forma emp\u00edrica por los nativos para aclarar el agua turbia con muy buenos resultados\u00b9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Entre muchas de las caracter\u00edsticas de la Tuna, se destaca que son plantas arborescentes, arbustivas o rastreras, con forma simple o de matorrales, poseen un tronco le\u00f1oso muy definido, con ramificaciones esparcidas o en forma de copa, con tallos y ramas articuladas (Warner, 1972) que pueden llegar a medir hasta 5 m de alto, sus partes oblongas llamadas pencas alcanzan los 30 a 50 cm de ancho y 2 cm de espesor, son de color verde opaco.
