{"id":5730,"date":"2022-04-06T10:45:28","date_gmt":"2022-04-06T15:45:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.aldia.unah.edu.pe\/?p=5730"},"modified":"2023-03-10T12:47:55","modified_gmt":"2023-03-10T17:47:55","slug":"la-palta-un-alimento-saludable","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aldia.unah.edu.pe\/?p=5730","title":{"rendered":"La Palta, un alimento saludable"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure id=\"attachment_915\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-915\" style=\"width: 104px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-915\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aldia.unah.edu.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/JUAN-QUISPE.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"104\" height=\"130\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-915\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Juan Quispe Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>jquispe@unah.edu.pe<\/strong><\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">E<span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">l palto <em>(Persea americana, Mill.)<\/em> es una especie tropical de origen Centroamericano, especialmente en M\u00e9xico y Guatemala, cuyo cultivo data desde \u00e9pocas precolombinas, en primera instancia se le denomino ahuacatl, que luego fue denominado como aguacate sobre todo por los espa\u00f1oles, esta fruta se caracteriza b\u00e1sicamente por su alto contenido de l\u00edpidos como el \u00e1cido oleico (AO) y rica en fitoqu\u00edmicos como vitamina E, carotenoides, polifenoles y lute\u00edna, compuestos asociados a una fuerte actividad antioxidante,<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">se dice que seg\u00fan estudios el contenido por cada 100 gramos de aguacate, su valor nutricional es de 15g.de grasas totales, 0 mg de colesterol, 7 mg de sodio, 485 mg de potasio, 9 g de hidratos de carbono, 2 g de prote\u00ednas, 73.33 g de agua, 146 IU de vitamina A, 10 mg de vitamina C, 2.07 mg de vitamina E. entre otros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Vivero, S.A. et al (2019) nos manifiesta en su estudio sobre los beneficios potenciales y sus compuestos bioactivos que la palta es caracterizada por su alto contenido de l\u00edpidos y rica en fitoqu\u00edmicos como la vitamina E. y una fuerte actividad antioxidante, del mismo modo manifiesta que el consumo mundial de palta muestra un crecimiento exponencial, por lo que resulta relevante aumentar la investigaci\u00f3n de este fruto no solo de la pulpa, sino tambi\u00e9n de su semilla, investigar su potencial impacto en la salud cardiovascular, c\u00e1ncer y otras actividades anti pat\u00f3genas, finalmente concluye tanto de la pulpa como de la semilla del fruto en modelos celulares, animales y en estudios cl\u00ednicos, sugieren un potencial efecto en la salud humana, principalmente en la mantenci\u00f3n y mejor\u00eda de la salud cardiovascular, sumado a ello la evidencia respecto al contenido de fitoqu\u00edmicos y los beneficios en la salud humana es s\u00f3lida y ampliamente descrita en la literatura, por lo que recomendar el consumo de pulpa y semilla de este fruto tendr\u00eda beneficios tanto en la prevenci\u00f3n como en el tratamiento de enfermedades mediadas por un desequilibrio de procesos de oxido\/reducci\u00f3n, fundamentalmente en las enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas no transmisibles, la semilla de palta, por otro lado, tendr\u00eda un efecto en la salud \u00f3sea disminuyendo las complicaciones de la osteoartritis principalmente y adem\u00e1s tambi\u00e9n tendr\u00eda una potencial actividad antimicrobiana.
