font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> se reproduce vegetativamente por esquejes a partir del rizoma, los compuestos fitoqu\u00edmicos presentes en su rizoma, los curcuminoides que contiene esta planta le da ciertos beneficios para la salud de las personas, su cultivo se da en varias regiones del mundo sobre todo en las zonas de selva, puede producir de 25 a 30 TM.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">La C\u00farcuma es valorada por su diversidad de aplicaciones en el sector de la industria alimentaria, farmac\u00e9utica y de cosm\u00e9ticos, es conocida mundialmente como especie arom\u00e1tica, utilizada en la gastronom\u00eda para dar un toque de color y sabor picante en la gastronom\u00eda, los compuestos fotoqu\u00edmicos presentes en su rizoma anaranjado caracter\u00edstico, \u201clos curcuminoides\u201d le confieren a esta planta importantes propiedades medicinales, como antiinflamatorias, hepatoprotectores, antitumorales, antivirales, actividad anticancer\u00edgena y capacidad antioxidante\u00b9\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esta ra\u00edz transformada en polvo es lo que se utiliza como condimento o colorante alimentario, conocido como e<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l oro indio, el azafr\u00e1n de los pobres.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
