En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, nace la propuesta de una estrategia omnicanal como el mejor enfoque para ofrecer varios enlaces de venta; permitiendo a los consumidores comunicarse de forma fluida e intercambiable, con una experiencia \u00fanica.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">La estrategia omnicanal ha demostrado su relevancia en muchos \u00e1mbitos, pero especialmente en la investigaci\u00f3n sobre el comercio minorista, el marketing y los sistemas de informaci\u00f3n. Los avances tecnol\u00f3gicos han impulsado la proliferaci\u00f3n de posibles canales con los que las empresas pueden comunicarse con los consumidores, vender productos y prestar servicios.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Estos cambios han influido de forma significativa en los modelos de negocio, espec\u00edficamente en los canales de venta y, lo que es m\u00e1s importante, en el comportamiento y la demanda de los consumidores (por ejemplo, Netflix, Amazon, Rappi, Starbucks, entre otros).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Adem\u00e1s de tiendas f\u00edsicas, las empresas optan por la atenci\u00f3n telef\u00f3nica, los cat\u00e1logos digitales, los sitios web, las aplicaciones m\u00f3viles y la presencia en las redes sociales.
