Estos resultados se acompa\u00f1an de buen juicio y liderazgo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Se puede aplicar a todo tipo de empresa, en el caso de las m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as se convierte en una herramienta de supervivencia, su prioridad en este tipo de empresas es el financiamiento y el fortalecimiento del capital, por ejemplo, el lanzamiento de un producto, la cantidad y los tiempos para el cumplimiento del objetivo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">En el caso de las medianas empresas, la metodolog\u00eda OKR, permite delimitar la misi\u00f3n y las expectativas de la organizaci\u00f3n, se priorizan las actividades y permite a los empleados desarrollar los procesos con facilidad en una administraci\u00f3n vertical u horizontal.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #0000ff;\">En las grandes empresas son directrices que se\u00f1alan el camino a seguir, permiten autonom\u00eda, creatividad y exigencia en los empleados. Otro factor relevante es el compromiso del talento humano, que permite una buena comunicaci\u00f3n, conocimiento y transparencia en los procesos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Una excelente estrategia de comunicaci\u00f3n en todo el personal es el Balanced Scorecard, que puede usarse en conjunto con los OKR, y estos a su vez pueden medirse con los KPIs (indicadores de gesti\u00f3n).
