nacional, precisamente por tener alto contenido de fibra, potasio, calcio, f\u00f3sforo, hierro, vitaminas como la B1, B2, C y la provitamina A, prote\u00ednas y carbohidratos,<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\"> por ello es considerada tambi\u00e9n como un superalimento, reconocido mundialmente por su composici\u00f3n nutricional y medicinal para las personas, originaria de los andes centrales como el Per\u00fa, Colombia, Venezuela y dem\u00e1s paises de Latinoam\u00e9rica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">La granadilla tiene muchos beneficios para la salud de las personas, por cuanto tiene propiedades que ayudan a prevenir sobre todo el estre\u00f1imiento, la gastritis y la acidez, si se utiliza las hojas son buenos para bajar la fiebre, calmar la ansiedad y las alteraciones nerviosas ya que act\u00faa como sedante o tranquilizante natural, normalmente la granadilla se consume cruda, para esto, simplemente se rompe la c\u00e1scara con los dedos y la pulpa se come con una cuchara, tambi\u00e9n se puede obtener una rica bebida, colando la pulpa y a\u00f1adiendo agua, el extracto de granadilla puede utilizarse para preparar helados, souffl\u00e9s, salsas y yogurt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">Seg\u00fan un medio manifiesta que en estudios realizados en la Universidad de California se pudo comprobar en pacientes con c\u00e1ncer a la pr\u00f3stata que el ingerir diariamente un vaso de jugo de granadilla por largo tiempo frenaba el desarrollo de los tumores, entonces aqu\u00ed presentamos en resumen algunas propiedades medicinales y nutricionales de la granadilla para tenerlo en cuenta en nuestra dieta alimentaria y nuestra salud.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #0000ff;\">Es una excelente fuente de potasio, calcio, f\u00f3sforo y hierro, con contenidos de prote\u00ednas y carbohidratos saludables.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><strong><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #0000ff;\">Provee al cuerpo de vitaminas esenciales <\/span><\/strong><\/strong><strong><strong><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #0000ff;\">como la vitamina A, B1, B2, B3, B9, C, E, K y la provitamina
