Empowerment es una herramienta de gesti\u00f3n que permite aumentar el compromiso del talento humano, mejorar la fluidez de los procesos y optimizar los recursos.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Las ciencias empresariales prestan atenci\u00f3n al factor humano, al liderazgo que en gran medida han permitido el desarrollo organizativo. El concepto de empowerment proviene de la palabra poder, que implica la potenciaci\u00f3n y el empoderamiento como concepto administrativo que pretende otorgar al empleado la autoridad relacionada con el puesto de trabajo y las materias de su especializaci\u00f3n profesional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Los colaboradores son generadores de cambio, sus decisiones fortalecen la responsabilidad sobre sus tareas, incrementando la satisfacci\u00f3n y motivaci\u00f3n; una actitud positiva transcrita a lealtad empresarial. Esta concesi\u00f3n de autoridad permite una autoeficacia y motivaci\u00f3n intr\u00ednseca, empoderando a los integrantes de los equipos de trabajo, fortaleciendo con ello, la organizaci\u00f3n horizontal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Algunos de los factores internos del \u00e9xito empresarial son: logro de objetivos operacionales, motivaci\u00f3n de los empleados, crecimiento f\u00edsico de la empresa, innovaci\u00f3n, entre otros.
