href=\"https:\/\/agronoticias.pe\/ultimas-noticias\/el-nopal-candidato-a-ser-el-alimento-del-futuro\/\">nopal<\/a>, es una planta perenne de la familia de las cact\u00e1ceas, es valorada por su consistencia jugosa, el consumirlas mejorara nuestro sistema digestivo, las semillas que contiene esta fruta nos ayudan a reducir los problemas de estre\u00f1imiento,<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">la Agro noticias menciona que las pencas, hojas o paletas de esta planta son tambi\u00e9n ricas en fibra, calcio y vitaminas A, B y C y otras sustancias con extraordinarias propiedades terap\u00e9uticas, ya comprobadas cient\u00edficamente, sobre todo en M\u00e9xico, entre las cuales damos a conocer las principales:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Antioxidante, <\/strong>El muc\u00edlago de las pencas de la tuna inhibe la producci\u00f3n de los radicales libres que causan el envejecimiento prematuro del organismo humano. \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size:
