La esencia de est\u00e1 filosof\u00eda es eliminar todo lo que pueda ser tocado por muchas personas en alg\u00fan momento, como lo se\u00f1ala \u201cen la cocina magazine\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Requiere de tomar conciencia desde la exposici\u00f3n de los clientes externos e internos al contagio de enfermedades por contacto directo, siendo necesario analizar la ruta de un cliente. Iniciando desde el ingreso al restaurante tradicional al tocar la perilla de la puerta para abrirla y de all\u00ed toda su estancia en el local en contacto con m\u00faltiples objetos, este sistema busca evitar situaciones de riesgo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Conocer esta ruta, registrar las instancias de contacto son ingredientes para elaborar un plan del restaurante que funcione como contactless. En funci\u00f3n a ello se determina los cambios a seguir, ponerlo en marcha y realizar los ajustes necesarios. La tecnolog\u00eda ser\u00e1 una buena inversi\u00f3n, por los cambios en la gesti\u00f3n y la reducci\u00f3n de los contactos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"> Entre los diversos formatos a emplear ser\u00eda la carta digital para tener el men\u00fa en la aplicaci\u00f3n m\u00f3vil, siendo necesario un app en la que instalar\u00e1 el men\u00fa f\u00e1cilmente de ubicar. La ventaja de ello es que no requiere de materiales, pero las personas que dispongan de un celular lo pueden usar. Tambi\u00e9n te permite mantenerlo actualizado para un mensaje claro sin recurrir a gastos de materiales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Los pedidos llegan autom\u00e1ticamente a la cocina evitando contactos con otras personas, generando disponibilidad del mozo para consultas o traslado de los plastos solicitados, en otros restaurantes el cliente es qui\u00e9n retira su pedido hacia el lugar destinado para el fin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Finalmente, las puertas con c\u00e9lulas detectoras de movimiento y presencia, se abren y cierran sin que nadie las toque. En los servicios higi\u00e9nicos, la automatizaci\u00f3n de grifos, dispensador de jab\u00f3n, secamanos, cisternas y detectores que ponen los dispositivos a funcionar cuando es necesario.
