font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">mencionando a Central Lima- Per\u00fa del chefs Virgilio Mart\u00ednez y P\u00eda Le\u00f3n para la elaboraci\u00f3n de sus platos emplean gran cantidad de productos de origen local ofreciendo desde vieiras, calamares y almejas de la costa peruana y Amazonas, hasta panceta de cerdo y cuello de cabra del Valle Sagrado del Cusco, enfocados a la sostenibilidad con temas del reciclaje, compostaje y su huerto con m\u00e1s de 100 especies de plantas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Otro de los restaurantes dentro de los 50 mejores del mundo es Maido Lima- Per\u00fa, de Mitsuharu Tsumura, donde Per\u00fa y Jap\u00f3n se unen para crear la tendencia \u201cNikkei Experience\u201d centrado en pescados, cangrejos dishi y tapiocas<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Si de recuperaci\u00f3n, reactivaci\u00f3n se habla, pues el turismo gastron\u00f3mico es una gran estrategia para dar a conocer la cultura del destino como parte del patrimonio inmaterial y desarrollar el turismo sostenible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"> Los estadounidenses se muestran muy complacidos con nuestra gastronom\u00eda, seg\u00fan Promper\u00fa la encuesta trabajada sobre la percepci\u00f3n de la gastronom\u00eda peruana entre los estadounidenses en julio 2021, en cuanto a la experiencia gastron\u00f3mica en el rango de 1 a los 100 puntos califican con 91.3 puntos de satisfacci\u00f3n, siendo los satisfechos los que nos visitan en pareja (91.4 pts) o con amigos (92,2 pts). <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">A ello se suman las publicaciones en web especializadas que realizan son\u00a0 Alemania 1700, Italia 2500, Francia 3000, Espa\u00f1a 3500, Chile 4500, Brasil 7000 y sorprendentemente Estados Unidos 22 000 publicaciones especializadas del rubro gastron\u00f3mico en exped\u00eda, Google y tripadvisor.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Se hace de necesidad considerar los siguientes datos; uno de cada dos turistas estadounidenses utilizar\u00eda una agencia de viajes al visitar nuestro pa\u00eds, con estad\u00edas prolongadas que les permita trabajar y vacacionar, un 66% se hospedar\u00eda en hoteles de 4 a 5 estrellas, prefieren comida t\u00edpica y ancestral por la estrecha relaci\u00f3n con nuestra cultura peruana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Finalmente, los restaurantes deben trabajar con propuestas gastron\u00f3micas \u00fanicas e innovadoras para satisfacer esta demanda, siendo favorable estos datos para crear nuevas oportunidades de oferta gastron\u00f3mica. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Los restaurantes sostenibles trabajan de manera ecoeficientes a trav\u00e9s del buen uso del agua, energ\u00edas y control de insumos, cuentan con sus biohuertos de los cuales se abastecen con plantas arom\u00e1ticas, verduras frescas, frutos;
