font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000080; font-size: 14pt;\">La quinua (<em>Chenopodium quinoa<\/em>) seg\u00fan manifiestan algunos estudiosos es una especie nativa de los andes peruanos y bolivianos, es considerada una especie oligoc\u00e9ntrica con una amplia diversificaci\u00f3n y distribuci\u00f3n, consideran al Lago Titicaca como una de las zonas de amplia variabilidad gen\u00e9tica y diversidad.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Constituye entre Per\u00fa, Bolivia y ecuador el 92% de la producci\u00f3n mundial, aunque en la actualidad ya se viene desarrollando su cultivo en Europa y Norteam\u00e9rica, es de muy f\u00e1cil adaptabilidad a diferentes zonas del mundo por lo mismo ya se viene produciendo en pa\u00edses como Inglaterra, Dinamarca Francia y Pa\u00edses Bajos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">A diferencia del resto de productos alimenticios, la\u00a0quinua\u00a0contiene una prote\u00edna completa\u00a0de alto valor\u00a0biol\u00f3gico que aporta todos los amino\u00e1cidos esenciales y no esenciales. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Asimismo, la quinua no contiene gluten por lo que es apta para el consumo dentro de una dieta para ni\u00f1os y adultos, por lo mismo, las propiedades nutricionales de la quinua han hecho que, en los pa\u00edses desarrollados, su consumo haya aumentado exponencialmente, cosa curiosa en nuestro pa\u00eds se hace poca difusi\u00f3n de estos valores nutricionales de este grano de oro, llamado as\u00ed por su alto contenido nutricional y muchas personas por ello no le dan la debida importancia en su alimentaci\u00f3n, es que tambi\u00e9n hay demasiada propaganda de productos que no son buenos para la salud<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
