En caso contrario, deteriora relaciones y disminuye la productividad del recurso humano.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Para analizar el clima organizacional de una empresa se mide la facilidad y apoyo al liderazgo; el esp\u00edritu profesional y organizativo; la cantidad de conflictos y ambig\u00fcedad, as\u00ed como la cooperaci\u00f3n, amabilidad del equipo de trabajo; permitiendo la fluidez de la ejecuci\u00f3n de los procesos estrat\u00e9gicos, misionales y de apoyo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Otros autores definen el apoyo del supervisor o jefe inmediato como dimensi\u00f3n importante del clima organizacional, lo que se refleja en un reconocimiento y la meritocracia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Resulta importante analizar las decisiones, las mismas que se miden por la justicia organizacional, uno de los factores importante para el perfeccionamiento del clima organizacional, esto quiere decir que se debe evitar en algunos casos la sobrecarga e importancia laboral a algunos colaboradores, para que no se sientan o preferidos o rezagados.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #0000ff;\">La inclusi\u00f3n organizacional, permite medir los niveles de participaci\u00f3n de los colaboradores en la toma de decisiones, para ello es importante brindar un acceso a la informaci\u00f3n y soporte en los recursos para la mejora de su desempe\u00f1o.<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_4570\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-4570\" style=\"width: 768px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4570 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aldia.unah.edu.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Cover-BP-Rankmi-1-768x506-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"506\" srcset=\"https:\/\/aldia.unah.edu.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Cover-BP-Rankmi-1-768x506-1.jpg 768w, https:\/\/aldia.unah.edu.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Cover-BP-Rankmi-1-768x506-1-300x198.jpg 300w, https:\/\/aldia.unah.edu.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Cover-BP-Rankmi-1-768x506-1-637x420.jpg 637w, https:\/\/aldia.unah.edu.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Cover-BP-Rankmi-1-768x506-1-640x422.jpg 640w, https:\/\/aldia.unah.edu.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Cover-BP-Rankmi-1-768x506-1-681x449.jpg 681w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-4570\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Fuente: HR Connect<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Pueden darse situaciones particulares en las organizaciones, como el clima solidario, cuyo inter\u00e9s natural es el conjunto de trabajadores, basado en la bondad y candidez; tambi\u00e9n puede presentarse la figura de un clima de independencia, donde los colaboradores utilizan su criterio personal que puede estar orientado a hacer bien o mal cada una de las actividades.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">El clima de la eficiencia es la que se centra en los intereses de la organizaci\u00f3n como el crecimiento compartido y en conjunto; y otro totalmente opuesto es el clima instrumental, donde el colaborador act\u00faa en funci\u00f3n de sus propios intereses, disminuyendo la proactividad de otros colaboradores, por ende, de la organizaci\u00f3n en su conjunto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">El clima profesional, se concentra en lo \u00e9tico, sucede cuando los colaboradores est\u00e1n muy apegados al cumplimiento de normas, principios y leyes emitidas por la organizaci\u00f3n o el estado, impidiendo el desarrollo de un clima organizacional aut\u00f3nomo.
