En muchos pa\u00edses la gastronom\u00eda se ha erigido como un sector estrat\u00e9gico que aporta a la generaci\u00f3n de riqueza y empleo creando valor a toda la cadena que la conforma, desde la producci\u00f3n de alimentos de calidad, su transformaci\u00f3n, la hosteler\u00eda o el turismo y, adem\u00e1s, contribuye a promover e impulsar la marca pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">La historia seg\u00fan Larouse (2006), inicia en Europa en el siglo XIII cuando se empezaron a realizar las primeras gu\u00edas gastron\u00f3micas, que eran una relaci\u00f3n de las mejores posadas y restaurantes. Estas gu\u00edas eran realizadas por los famosos \u00abgourmets\u00bb o \u00abgastronomers\u00bb, personas de muy grande apetito que se dedicaban en clasificar los restaurantes; el m\u00e1s famoso fue Curnonsky en Amberesd dedicado exclusivamente a la cocina francesa. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">El gran Curnonsky (de nombre original Maurice Edmond Sailland), nombrado el \u00abpr\u00edncipe de los gastr\u00f3nomos\u00bb en 1927, se dedic\u00f3 a viajar por diversos lugares de Francia con un conjunto de amigos y aficionados a la gastronom\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Hoy en d\u00eda, La Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial del Turismo (OMT) define el turismo gastron\u00f3mico como \u201cun tipo de actividad tur\u00edstica que se caracteriza porque el viajero experimente durante su viaje actividades y productos relacionados con la gastronom\u00eda del lugar. Adem\u00e1s de las experiencias culinarias aut\u00e9nticas, tradicionales y\/o innovadoras, el turismo gastron\u00f3mico tambi\u00e9n puede incluir otro tipo de actividades, como visitar productores locales, participar en festivales gastron\u00f3micos o asistir a clases de cocina.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"> El enoturismo (turismo del vino), es un subtipo del turismo gastron\u00f3mico y se refiere al turismo cuyo prop\u00f3sito es visitar vi\u00f1edos, bodegas, degustar, consumir y\/o comprar vino, ya sea directamente o cerca del lugar donde se produce.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #0000ff;\">La gastronom\u00eda es el conocimiento razonado de lo que comemos y c\u00f3mo lo comemos.
