De acuerdo con el informe \u201cTurismo ecol\u00f3gico y sostenible: perfiles y tendencias\u201d, el 66% de los turistas est\u00e1n dispuestos a pagar m\u00e1s por marcas sostenibles. Ser\u00e1 estrat\u00e9gico aplicar criterios medioambientales desde la construcci\u00f3n hotelera.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Otros estudios realizados por el Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) y el Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico Hotelero (ITH), el 90% de los viajeros encuestados elegir\u00edan un hotel sostenible para alojarse y el 34% de ellos est\u00e1n dispuestos a pagar m\u00e1s por este tipo de alojamiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Una pr\u00e1ctica sencilla, con respecto a los alimentos, la materia prima debe ser prefiriendo productos ecol\u00f3gicos del \u00e1rea local o del comercio justo, preferir las compras de productos kil\u00f3metros cero, evitando el medio de transporte por la emisi\u00f3n de CO2 relacionadas con los viajes, tambi\u00e9n apoya a las econom\u00edas locales, minimiza los costes, otra salida es tener sus huertos que contribuir\u00e1n con la frescura y calidad de los productos, como insumos en la elaboraci\u00f3n de los platos del \u00e1rea de restaurante o Alimentos y bebidas..<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Instalar las bombillas de bajo consumo como los de clase A, que son un consumo de energ\u00eda inferior al 30% de la media o l\u00e1mparas LED permiten reducir el consumo de energ\u00eda en un 80 % comparando con las bombillas tradicionales. <\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #0000ff;\">Reducir la emisi\u00f3n de di\u00f3xido de carbono, con las buenas pr\u00e1cticas para movilizarse, ofreciendo un servicio de alquiler de bicicletas que permita recorrer la ciudad a trav\u00e9s del ciclo v\u00edas. Eliminar el uso de envases desechables, sustituirlo por recipientes de vidrio o envases reutilizables, comprar productos a granel y sin embalar para disminuir los residuos innecesarios, emplear dispensadores en lugar de sachet en los amenities del cuarto de ba\u00f1o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Instalar reductores de flujo para el agua en todos los grifos. Sobre el uso de los electrodom\u00e9sticos deben contar con certificaciones de clase A.
