Si mantenemos una dieta equilibrada priorizando los vegetales frente a otros alimentos procesados de origen animal, siempre obtendremos mejor salud, entonces no pueden faltar en nuestra dieta los alimentos ricos en fibra vegetal como arveja, lenteja, frejol, ch\u00eda, quinua, pera, br\u00f3coli. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">El degustar un caf\u00e9 de buena calidad puede ser espectacular para sus pulmones; y es que la cafe\u00edna es antiinflamatoria, tiene polifenoles que son unos antioxidantes naturales que tambi\u00e9n tienen propiedades antiinflamatorias. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Si nuestros pulmones est\u00e1n inflamados y tomamos caf\u00e9, su metilxantina en forma de cafe\u00edna actuar\u00e1 sobre los receptores de adenosina A1 y A2, que est\u00e1n distribuidos en varias partes del organismo como aparato gastrointestinal, cerebro, coraz\u00f3n, ri\u00f1ones, sistema respiratorio y vasos sangu\u00edneos, dilatando los bronquios y mejorando la ventilaci\u00f3n pulmonar, como buen psicoestimulante respiratorio, m\u00fasculo-esquel\u00e9tico y cardiovascular (1)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Otro de los alimentos a tener muy en cuenta son los cereales integrales arroz, avena, cebada, quinua, todo sin procesar lo m\u00e1s natural posible, son alimentos que adem\u00e1s de ser ricos en fibra tienen vitamina E, selenio y \u00e1cidos grasos esenciales que van a contribuir a la mejora de nuestros pulmones, sobre todo si ha sido golpeado por el SARS-CoV-2.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Estos pigmentos van a ralentizar, disminuir y demorar de manera natural ese deterioro que puedan tener nuestros pulmones de manera natural con el envejecimiento; de otra parte, es reconocido el potencial de los flavonoides para actuar contra el c\u00e1ncer de pulm\u00f3n y otroas tipos de c\u00e1ncer (2)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Ciertamente tenemos que consumir de manera inmediata las verduras de hojas verdes, cuando m\u00e1s intenso el verde mejor todav\u00eda, como espinaca, acelga, br\u00f3coli, muy buenas para la salud pulmonar precisamente por su contenido en carotenoides y otros tipos de antioxidantes. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Y como no recomendar los tomates, que son la fuente m\u00e1s rica que existe de licopeno, un pigmento org\u00e1nico que est\u00e1 relacionado de buena manera con la salud pulmonar en virtud a su propiedad desinflamante de las v\u00edas respiratorias, por lo que mejora las condiciones en los cuadros de asma o enfermedad pulmonar obstructiva cr\u00f3nica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"> De igual modo, el licopeno tambi\u00e9n es muy importante dentro de la prevenci\u00f3n del c\u00e1ncer gastrointestinal, de pr\u00f3stata, de pulm\u00f3n, de ovario y pancre\u00e1tico (3).
