Ante la imposibilidad de encontrar empleo, nace las cocinas fantasmas donde los clientes siguen disfrutando de los platos en sus hogares u oficinas. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Estas cocinas sin comedor, satisfacen m\u00e1s de un 20% de las demandas de comida a domicilio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Los Dark Kitchen son establecimientos gastron\u00f3micos que preparan men\u00fas para su distribuci\u00f3n. No tienen sala, comedor, mesas ni sillas. En lugar de ello solo requieren de una zona de empaque para ser entregados y una buena cocina profesional. No requiere de alquiler de grandes locales para su instalaci\u00f3n, surge con ellos el fortalecimiento del sistema coworking con profesionales independientes, emprendedores dentro de este proyecto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Siempre han existido locales donde el cliente no puede quedarse, compra su men\u00fa y se lo lleva, desde desayunos, ceviches, almuerzos, postres, etc. Sin mozos, ni azafatas.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #0000ff;\">En la cocina magazine se hace referencia a las cocinas fantasmas en Espa\u00f1a, se va ampliando constituy\u00e9ndose una opci\u00f3n interesante, fortalecido por los nuevos h\u00e1bitos de consumos en domicilio, siendo una opci\u00f3n laboral. Un negocio en crecimiento. Un ejemplo seg\u00fan ABCdesevilla M\u00e1laga dio a conocer el proyecto Booh, que en sus cocinas se preparan los platos de las cinco marcas propias de la empresa: Comida crujiente, tailandesa, mexicana, hawaiana y china.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"> Es un startup de aventura en el mundo de la restauraci\u00f3n. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Cuenta con ocho m\u00f3dulos de 14 metros cuadrados en los que marcas externas y chefs emprendedores pueden prender sus fogones sin tener que realizar una gran inversi\u00f3n inicial para crear su establecimiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Con un pago de un canon y un alquiler mensual acceden a esta incubadora de restaurantes y disponen de una cocina profesional totalmente equipada. Tambi\u00e9n se encarga de difundir en las principales apps de comida a domicilio como Glovo, Jus Eat.
