Por tanto, en \u00e9sta existe una percepci\u00f3n excesiva de \u201csomos los l\u00edderes de la industria\u201d; \u201ca los clientes les proporcionamos un mejor servicio \u201c. Es evidente que este tipo de estrategias de la alguna medida reflejan supuestos impl\u00edcitos que conforman la base de las estrategias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Otro hecho se presenta, en el caso de encontrarse entre la espada y la pared, cuya problem\u00e1tica se da desde la transici\u00f3n hasta la madurez, en ese sentido \u00e9sta culmina a partir de la existencia de m\u00e1rgenes que en el pasado se hizo a fin de que esta estrategia fuera viable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Tambi\u00e9n, suele presentarse la \u201ctrampa del efectivo\u201d, en cuyas inversiones se da a partir de lograr atenci\u00f3n en materia de inversiones para participar en un mercado maduro. Esta claro que el efectivo s\u00f3lo se debe invertir en un negocio ante la expectativa de poder retirar m\u00e1s adelante. Esta trampa generalmente se da cuando las empresas no tienen una posici\u00f3n s\u00f3lida en el mercado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">No obstante, la que est\u00e1 relacionada en prestar mucha atenci\u00f3n a los ingresos en el mercado maduro, en lugar de prestar mayor atenci\u00f3n a la rentabilidad, generalmente este tipo de trampas se da en una etapa de madurez donde se enfrentar\u00e1 disminuci\u00f3n de utilidades, no as\u00ed en la etapa de crecimiento donde existir\u00e1 mayores probabilidades de obtenci\u00f3n de beneficios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Lograr ceder con mucha facilidad la participaci\u00f3n en el mercado en favor de las utilidades en el corto plazo, traduce a que muchas de las empresas caen en tratar de intentar mantener la rentabilidad de un pasado reciente, a expensas de la participaci\u00f3n en el mercado.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #0000ff;\">La existencia de resentimiento y una reacci\u00f3n irracional ante la competencia de precios, se da al negarse en poder asimilar que las estrategias de precios se dan muy a menudo y es necesario poderla aceptar como pr\u00e1cticas inevitables.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3356\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3356\" style=\"width: 1200px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3356 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aldia.unah.edu.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/deskmag-coworking-4922.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"530\" srcset=\"https:\/\/aldia.unah.edu.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/deskmag-coworking-4922.jpeg 1200w, https:\/\/aldia.unah.edu.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/deskmag-coworking-4922-300x133.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/aldia.unah.edu.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/deskmag-coworking-4922-1024x452.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/aldia.unah.edu.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/deskmag-coworking-4922-768x339.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/aldia.unah.edu.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/deskmag-coworking-4922-951x420.jpeg 951w, https:\/\/aldia.unah.edu.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/deskmag-coworking-4922-640x283.jpeg 640w, https:\/\/aldia.unah.edu.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/deskmag-coworking-4922-681x301.jpeg 681w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-3356\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Fuente: Deskmag<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Los cambios que se dan en la participaci\u00f3n de la industria utilizando diversas t\u00e9cnicas y m\u00e9todos en la generaci\u00f3n de contratos con los distribuidores ser\u00e1n necesarias e ineludibles. Esto generar\u00e1 un nivel de resentimiento frente a una reacci\u00f3n irracional ante los cambios en las pr\u00e1cticas de la industria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">En la etapa de madurez, significa que es m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil que surjan nuevos productos y aplicaciones, la cual estar\u00e1 supeditada a la adecuaci\u00f3n que cambie el objetivo de la actividad innovadora, con el fin de dar atenci\u00f3n preferencial a la novedad y al ajuste de precio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Recurrir a la \u201calta calidad\u201d, como una justificaci\u00f3n para no enfrentar los movimientos agresivos en relaci\u00f3n a los precios y a la presencia de competidores.
