Esta t\u00e9cnica es conocida como diagrama espina de pescado, diagrama causa-efecto, diagrama de \u00e1rbol, an\u00e1lisis de la causa ra\u00edz.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Esta herramienta surge en el siglo XX, muestra sus primeros inicios en la esfera industrial y poco a poco se ha ido posicionando tambi\u00e9n en el sector de servicios. Se cre\u00f3 bajo la direcci\u00f3n de Ishikawa en 1943, de ah\u00ed la procedencia de su nombre. Al igual que esta herramienta surgieron otras, del mismo autor, como: diagrama de flujo, planilla de registro de datos, diagrama de fallas de Pareto, gr\u00e1fico de l\u00edneas, histograma, diagrama de dispersi\u00f3n, gr\u00e1fico de control, entre otros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">El Diagrama Ishikawa permite identificar las causas reales de un problema dentro de la organizaci\u00f3n, evitando soluciones superficiales; es muy din\u00e1mico porque concede un an\u00e1lisis colaborativo, que extiende la compresi\u00f3n del problema a las distintas \u00e1reas estrat\u00e9gicas, misionales y de apoyo; facilitando la toma de decisiones en pro de la misi\u00f3n y visi\u00f3n del ente.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Para desarrollar este diagrama es importante, proyectar un resultado ingrato al que no quisi\u00e9ramos llegar, la que se ubica en la parte derecha del diagrama, identificar las razones por las que se producir\u00eda este hecho (causa-efecto), este an\u00e1lisis resulta sencillo, cuando se revisan los factores gen\u00e9ricos llamados 6M (materiales, manos obra, maquinaria, m\u00e9todo de trabajo, medio ambiente y mantenimiento),<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3327\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3327\" style=\"width: 950px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3327 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aldia.unah.edu.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/diagrama-ishikawa-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"950\" height=\"715\" srcset=\"https:\/\/aldia.unah.edu.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/diagrama-ishikawa-2.jpg 950w, https:\/\/aldia.unah.edu.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/diagrama-ishikawa-2-300x226.jpg 300w, https:\/\/aldia.unah.edu.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/diagrama-ishikawa-2-768x578.jpg 768w, https:\/\/aldia.unah.edu.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/diagrama-ishikawa-2-558x420.jpg 558w, https:\/\/aldia.unah.edu.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/diagrama-ishikawa-2-80x60.jpg 80w, https:\/\/aldia.unah.edu.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/diagrama-ishikawa-2-100x75.jpg 100w, https:\/\/aldia.unah.edu.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/diagrama-ishikawa-2-180x135.jpg 180w, https:\/\/aldia.unah.edu.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/diagrama-ishikawa-2-238x178.jpg 238w, https:\/\/aldia.unah.edu.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/diagrama-ishikawa-2-640x482.jpg 640w, https:\/\/aldia.unah.edu.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/diagrama-ishikawa-2-681x513.jpg 681w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 950px) 100vw, 950px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-3327\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Fuente: Tecnol\u00f3gico Edupraxis<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">los que se deben ubicar en las principales espinas de la flecha horizontal; luego de ello se identifican las causas de segundo nivel y as\u00ed sucesivamente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Delimitadas todas las causas, en especial las m\u00e1s cr\u00edticas, se valora el impacto que tienen sobre el efecto, someti\u00e9ndolo a consideraci\u00f3n del equipo para su soluci\u00f3n \u00f3ptima. Lo importante de este diagrama es el logro de la mejora continua, la misma que siempre puede dar un paso m\u00e1s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Ishikawa dej\u00f3 doctrina sobre la calidad muy asociada a la educaci\u00f3n, priorizando la necesidad del cliente y su satisfacci\u00f3n; para este gur\u00fa de la administraci\u00f3n, la supresi\u00f3n de problemas debe hacerse desde la ra\u00edz, la calidad es responsabilidad de todos los trabajadores, la que se debe irradiar de inicio a fin, tambi\u00e9n prioriza la calidad por encima de las utilidades a largo plazo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Es posible concluir mencionando que esta herramienta es muy \u00fatil, porque logra reunir informaci\u00f3n de los grupos de inter\u00e9s, facilitado la evaluaci\u00f3n de las causas de acuerdo a sus niveles, concediendo una socializaci\u00f3n que no solo permite solucionar problemas, sino tambi\u00e9n ayuda a la fluidez del proceso administrativo.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kaoru Ishikawa (1915-1989), fue gestor de estos diagramas que \u201cson utilizados para explorar todas las causas reales o potenciales (entradas) que explican un efecto de inter\u00e9s (salida)\u201d.
