font-size: 14pt; color: #000080;\">Con el fin de impulsar el desarrollo del sector gastron\u00f3mico, el Ministerio de Econom\u00eda y Finanzas (MEF) prioriza conformar la Mesa Ejecutiva para el desarrollo del sector Gastron\u00f3mico cuyo objetivo es de impulsar acciones que contribuyan en la productividad y competitividad de manera innovadora y sostenida para el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico del pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Mediante Resoluci\u00f3n Ministerial (RM)010-2021-EF\/10, publicada recientemente en el Diario Oficial El peruano, el MEF establece que la conformaci\u00f3n de dicha mesa permita identificar los problemas y cuellos de botella en el sector gastron\u00f3mico, y plantear coordinadamente soluciones con el fin de ser sostenidas. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Dicha mesa ejecutiva conformada de manera temporal, estar\u00e1 constituida por el titular o representante del Ministerio de Econom\u00eda y Finanzas (MEF), Ministerio de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego (Midagri), Ministerio de Comercio Exterior y Turismo (Mincetur), Ministerio de Vivienda, Construcci\u00f3n y Saneamiento (MVCS), Ministerio de Ambiente (Minam), Ministerio de Salud (Minsa) y Ministerio de Desarrollo e Inclusi\u00f3n Social (Midis). <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Otros PromPer\u00fa, Asociaci\u00f3n de Municipalidades del Per\u00fa, La Asociaci\u00f3n Peruana de Hoteles, Restaurantes y Afines (Ahora Per\u00fa), la Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidades para la Alimentaci\u00f3n y la Agricultura, y del Laboratorio de Aceleraci\u00f3n del Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Tambi\u00e9n estar\u00e1 conformado por cuatro representantes de la gastronom\u00eda peruana acreditados por produce, el colectivo civil peruanos unidos por la cocina y la alimentaci\u00f3n (PUCA) y hasta cuatro representantes de la academia con carreras de gastronom\u00eda y\/o centros de investigaci\u00f3n, todos ellos acreditados por Produce.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Dentro de ello se contar\u00e1 con la colaboraci\u00f3n de profesionales con experiencia en gesti\u00f3n e implementaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas y se dispondr\u00e1 que los gastos que demande la participaci\u00f3n de los integrantes de la Mesa, se financie con cargo a los presupuestos institucionales de las entidades e instituciones a los que representan.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">debido a que no podemos desplazarnos con facilidad, pero puede trabajarse desde una plataforma el concepto de la chacra a la olla, con los ingredientes b\u00e1sicos de cada regi\u00f3n que pueden ser comercializadas en las plataformas con env\u00edos hacia el interior del pa\u00eds, ello permitir\u00eda dinamizar la econom\u00eda de todas nuestros productores en las diferentes regiones y ejercit\u00e1ndonos a consumir lo nuestro, empleando el desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico (TIC).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Sacar ventajas provechosas para el fortalecimiento de nuestra cultura del consumo de alimentos y productos saludables. Recordemos que los incas degustaban de todos los potajes por el famoso trueque, pues es hora de retomar los buenos h\u00e1bitos de consumo que se han dejado de practicar, muchos tenemos familiares en diferentes regiones que desean probar la exquisitez de la gastronom\u00eda peruana el cual permitir\u00eda fortalecer la demanda de insumos b\u00e1sicos para la elaboraci\u00f3n de los diversos platos t\u00edpicos.
