sistema inmunol\u00f3gico en dar respuesta a estos males v\u00edrales, lo que quiere decir tambi\u00e9n que estamos propensos al ataque de otras enfermedades,<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">debido b\u00e1sicamente seg\u00fan algunos m\u00e9dicos y nutricionistas \u00a0a una mala alimentaci\u00f3n en base de grasas y dulces, nuestras defensas han sido melladas en su capacidad de reacci\u00f3n a los males y est\u00e1 cada d\u00eda m\u00e1s expuesto a condiciones adversas, sum\u00e1ndose a ello la contaminaci\u00f3n ambiental, los horarios irregulares, las temperaturas extremas y sobretodo el estr\u00e9s, por lo mismo es necesario\u00a0reforzar nuestro sistema inmunol\u00f3gico para hacer frente a contagios e infecciones v\u00edricas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Con una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable y equilibrada complementada con h\u00e1bitos de higiene podremos enfrentar este y otros males como recomienda Bgreen, con un estilo de vida tambi\u00e9n saludable ayudara a nuestro organismo a crear barreras y a fortalecer nuestro sistema inmunol\u00f3gico, asegurando que nuestro organismo reciba los nutrientes alto contenido de \u00e1cido f\u00f3lico, potasio y fibra soluble.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial,
