Tambi\u00e9n da parte al modo de gesti\u00f3n y hacer negocios (tipo de empresa, forma de expansi\u00f3n, divisi\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica, etc.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Skills (habilidades): Se refiere a know how de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, las habilidades m\u00e1s fuertes, es lo que Michael Porter llama competencias centrales o gen\u00e9ricas; resulta importante analizar las habilidades de nuestros competidores e identificar la que nos falta, aplicando estrategias como la subcontrataci\u00f3n para suplirlas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Shared values (valores compartidos): son los sentimientos reflejados en el coraz\u00f3n de la empresa, es el compromiso que se desarrolla con las habilidades emocionales y racionales; une a sus miembros y los alinea en la misma direcci\u00f3n, generando un valor compartido.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Analizar estos 7 factores es fundamental para cualquier negocio, ello nos ayuda a diagnosticar el estado situacional, comprendiendo f\u00e1cilmente sus debilidades y fortalezas.
