En la cocina MAGAZINE, Paco Mar\u00eda Garc\u00eda nos da a conocer sobre un nuevo restaurante sin empleados en KFC: el futuro es la rob\u00f3tica, donde el restaurante Kentucky Chicken es el primero en abrir las puertas de un establecimiento robotizado en Mosc\u00fa.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">La experiencia del comensal inicia al ingresar al local sin empleados, se acerca al kiosco de autopedido le realiza un reconocimiento facial con el cual podr\u00e1 abrir las puertas del establecimiento, reduce el tiempo de espera y propone los men\u00fas regulares a los clientes recurrentes, el cliente en ning\u00fan momento toca el dispositivo, el pedido es entregado por un brazo rob\u00f3tico y el pago se realiza mediante los sistemas de contactless (tecnolog\u00eda de \u00abPagos sin contacto\u00bb).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Las comandas u orden llegan en una cinta transportadora hacia el frente del local, donde un brazo rob\u00f3tico lo toma y coloca en un casillero automatizado. Su implementaci\u00f3n es una realidad en algunos restaurantes que prestan sus servicios bajo el ofrecimiento de la rob\u00f3tica colaborativa. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Modelos de ellos: Picnic, Startup de Seattle con la capacidad de crear 300 pizzas por hora con sus robots, Bear Robotics que con una inversi\u00f3n de $ 32 millones en su robot \u2013 camarero Penny para ser distribuido a nivel mundial, ya instaladas en Australia, China, India, Jap\u00f3n y Malasia, Makr Shakr sus robots cocteleros ya han servido m\u00e1s de 2 millones de c\u00f3cteles, Ekim fue el primer restaurante automatizado del mundo especialistas en pizzas y Karakuri, un startup inglesa que personaliza las comidas en los restaurantes mediante los robots.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">McKinsey &amp; Company \u00abEstimamos que alrededor de la mitad de las actividades por las que actualmente se les paga a los trabajadores en el mundo podr\u00edan ser automatizadas al adaptar tecnolog\u00eda ya existente\u00bb, sostiene en un informe \u2013 2017.
