Entre sus propiedades medicinales se cuentan las antidiab\u00e9ticas, diur\u00e9ticas, depurativas, hepatoprotectoras, as\u00ed como ayuda para eliminar la urea, reducir el colesterol, favorece el flujo biliar, previene la gota, el escorbuto o tratar la dispepsia.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: impact, sans-serif; color: #3366ff;\">La alcachofa es una hortaliza de color verde o morada seg\u00fan el tipo, tiene propiedades curativas, seg\u00fan mencionan algunos autores, gracias a su composici\u00f3n, que derivan de ellos.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Contiene\u00a0<strong>la<\/strong> <strong>cinarina<\/strong>, sustancia que estimula la secreci\u00f3n de la bilis, favorece la digesti\u00f3n de las grasas que se consume en ese momento.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Muy rica en\u00a0<strong>fibra<\/strong>, la que ayuda a reducir la glucosa en la sangre y contra el estre\u00f1imiento.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Tiene los <strong>Fito esteroles<\/strong>, las que contribuyen a controlar los niveles de colesterol en la sangre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Contiene tambi\u00e9n <strong>flavonoides<\/strong>(quercitin y rutin), protegiendo a las personas que la consumen contra las enfermedades card\u00edacas y favorecen la acci\u00f3n antioxidante.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Tiene\u00a0<strong>inulina<\/strong>, un carbohidrato que se metaboliza lentamente en el organismo formando fructosa en lugar de glucosa, la fructosa es un az\u00facar que se puede asimilar sin la necesidad de insulina, lo que convierte a la alcachofa en un alimento especialmente saludable para personas con diabetes.<\/span><\/span><hr \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1459\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1459\" style=\"width: 1024px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1459\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aldia.unah.edu.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Ecocosas.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"631\" srcset=\"https:\/\/aldia.unah.edu.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Ecocosas.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/aldia.unah.edu.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Ecocosas-300x185.jpg 300w, https:\/\/aldia.unah.edu.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Ecocosas-768x473.jpg 768w, https:\/\/aldia.unah.edu.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Ecocosas-682x420.jpg 682w, https:\/\/aldia.unah.edu.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Ecocosas-640x394.jpg 640w, https:\/\/aldia.unah.edu.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Ecocosas-681x420.jpg 681w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1459\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ecocosas:<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Adem\u00e1s, la alcachofa contiene\u00a0<strong>f\u00f3sforo, hierro, magnesio, calcio y potasio<\/strong>\u00a0y diversas vitaminas, como la vitamina B1, la vitamina C y la niacina. Aqu\u00ed mencionamos algunas formas de uso:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Para estimular la eliminaci\u00f3n de la orina: <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Se cocina la ra\u00edz seca durante 10 minutos (25 gramos por litro de agua) y se bebe en las ma\u00f1anas o en las noches<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Contra la diabetes: <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Hervir 4 alcachofas en cantidad suficiente de agua como para cubrirlas hasta que est\u00e9n suaves, beber el l\u00edquido con poca sal, comer tambi\u00e9n el coraz\u00f3n de la alcachofa<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Como desintoxicante: <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Con 20 gramos de hojas de alcachofa, 30 gramos de habichuela, 20 gramos de hojas de salvia y 30 gramos de cola de caballo, se cocina en un litro de agua durante tres minutos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Contra da\u00f1os de la gl\u00e1ndula tiroides:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">El cocimiento de las hojas y br\u00e1cteas (10 gramos por litro de agua), tomar tres tazas diarias, tambi\u00e9n combate la celulitis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Para aliviar los trastornos del h\u00edgado:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Tomar el cocimiento de las ra\u00edces y hojas (30 gramos por litro de agua).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Para disminuir la obesidad:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">se toman media hora antes de las comidas (30 gramos de hojas frescas), cocinadas en un litro de agua.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Para aliviar trastornos de la ves\u00edcula biliar:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Hacer hervir las hojas de la alcachofa durante 3 a 5 minutos y beber una taza de t\u00e9 de alcachofa por lo menos durante 3 semanas seguidas<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Para eliminar los c\u00e1lculos del h\u00edgado:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Hacer hervir 50 a 70 gramos de hojas de alcachofa en un litro de agua y tomar \u00bd taza por dos veces diarios durante dos a tres semanas.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La alcachofa (Cynara scolymus) es una hortaliza de origen mediterr\u00e1neo, atribuible con diversas propiedades nutricionales y medicinales, y es muy conocida por ser fuente de hidratos de carbono y de vitaminas como ingrediente de platos importantes en la gastronom\u00eda mundial y peruana, su cultivo est\u00e1 extendido por todo el mundo, principalmente Europa y Am\u00e9rica y [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":1459,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[35],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-1458","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-juan-quispe-rodriguez"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.8 -
