color: #000080;\">El Per\u00fa, poseedor de una de las mayores biodiversidades en el mundo considerado como una aut\u00e9ntica dispensa alimentaria, <\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">cuentan con una diversidad geogr\u00e1fica y de microclimas que favorece a la producci\u00f3n y productividad de los cultivos oriundos llamados superalimentos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Seg\u00fan Villacorta, autor del libro de recetas andinas Whole Body Reboot, expresa que reciben el nombre de superalimentos por ser \u201calimentos funcionales que no s\u00f3lo aportan vitaminas y minerales, sino que tienen alguno de ellos en gran exceso y, por lo tanto, ayudan a la salud y aportan beneficios\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aldia.unah.edu.pe\/sector-agroexportador-desafios-frente-al-covid-19\/\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u21d2 VEA TAMBI\u00c9N: Sector agroexportador: desaf\u00edos frente al covid-19<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Citar, el caso de la quinua un grano con alto valor proteico, que aporta prote\u00ednas, \u00e1cidos grasos insaturados y minerales; kiwicha conocida tambi\u00e9n como amaranto, alimento de excelencia para los incas, debido a sus propiedades nutritivas y medicinales, contiene un alto valor en prote\u00ednas y minerales como calcio, fosforo, potasio, zinc y otros; Ca\u00f1ihua cultivo que prospera en el altiplano peruano resistiendo a las heladas y sequ\u00edas, destacan sus propiedades nutricionales un alto contenido proteico y un balance de amino\u00e1cidos como lisina, isoleucina y tript\u00f3fano, posee adem\u00e1s vitaminas E y complejo B; Camu Camu peque\u00f1o fruto ovalado de superficie lisa, color rojo y centro \u00e1cido, contiene un alto \u00edndice de vitamina C; L\u00facuma sus beneficios nutricionales destacan que aporta vitaminas y minerales; font-family: impact, sans-serif; color: #3366ff;\">La capacidad exportadora que posee el Per\u00fa, est\u00e1 conectada con el mundo: los acuerdos comerciales que posee le permiten acceder a m\u00e1s de 3,300 millones de personas.
