Seg\u00fan estudios realizado por el Institute of Toxicology de Shandong University en China, se menciona que el ajo es antis\u00e9ptico, antibi\u00f3tico y antimic\u00f3tico natural siendo bueno contra las infecciones, es depurativo y ayuda en la regeneraci\u00f3n de la flora intestinal y mejora la circulaci\u00f3n de la sangre por ser anticoagulante.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"has_ma_el_bg_slider elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-ccef452 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default jltma-glass-effect-no\" data-id=\"ccef452\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"has_ma_el_bg_slider elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-fb102be jltma-glass-effect-no\" data-id=\"fb102be\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1ed0005 jltma-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1ed0005\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Por su contenido de alicina y vitamina B, evita que las plaquetas se peguen, fortaleciendo los vasos sangu\u00edneos y\u00a0promoviendo la buena circulaci\u00f3n. Seg\u00fan el Instituto del C\u00e1ncer, afirma que al aumentar el consumo de ajo podr\u00eda prevenir el c\u00e1ncer de colon, est\u00f3mago, p\u00e1ncreas, es\u00f3fago, pr\u00f3stata y mama. Asi como algunos estudios revelan que los riesgos de padecer algunos tipos de c\u00e1ncer como la de la pr\u00f3stata y pancre\u00e1tico pueden reducir hasta un 50% con el consumo de ajo<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">La farmac\u00e9utica Haro G. menciona que en un estudio publicado en la revista\u00a0<em>American Journal of Clinical Nutrition<\/em>, Vol. 84, No. 5, 1027-1032, en noviembre de 2006, se evidencia que<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>las personas que comen cantidades elevadas de cebolla y ajo presentan menos probabilidades de desarrollar diversos tipos de c\u00e1ncer. Se trata de un an\u00e1lisis de 8 estudios realizados en Italia y Suiza, en el que se comprob\u00f3 que los adultos de edad avanzada que m\u00e1s consumen cebolla y ajo son los que presentan menor riesgo de c\u00e1ncer de colon, ovario y laringe, entre otros. Los autores, del\u00a0<em>Instituto de Investigaci\u00f3n Farmacol\u00f3gica Mario Negri, de Mil\u00e1n<\/em>, explican que estudios anteriores hab\u00edan apuntado esta asociaci\u00f3n epidemiol\u00f3gica, pero se hab\u00edan llevado a cabo principalmente en China, por lo que no estaba claro si sus resultados eran extrapolables a la poblaci\u00f3n occidental\u00b9.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Asi mismo, el investigador Rodriguez M. afirma que el ajo ayuda a prevenir y aliviar la claudicaci\u00f3n intermitente (dolor en las piernas causado por arteriosclerosis); esta acci\u00f3n est\u00e1 reforzada por sus propiedades diur\u00e9ticas, as\u00ed como de vasodilatadora perif\u00e9rica y cerebral\u00b2.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Seg\u00fan google.com\u00b3, menciona algunas propiedades medicinales del ajo que, consumidas regularmente se obtiene algunos de estos beneficios:<\/span><\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\"><strong>Fortalece el sistema inmunol\u00f3gico: <\/strong>El ajo puede ayudar a fortalecer el sistema inmunol\u00f3gico debido a sus propiedades antibacterianas, antivirales y antif\u00fangicas.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\"><strong>Ayuda en la salud cardiovascular: <\/strong>Puede ayudar a reducir los niveles de colesterol LDL, disminuir la presi\u00f3n arterial y mejorar la salud de las arterias.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\"><strong>Es antiinflamatorio: <\/strong>Las propiedades antiinflamatorias del ajo pueden ayudar a aliviar el dolor cr\u00f3nico y reducir la inflamaci\u00f3n en el cuerpo.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\"><strong>Reduce el riesgo de desarrollar ciertos tipos de c\u00e1ncer:<\/strong> la revista Antioxidant se descubri\u00f3 un v\u00ednculo entre el consumo de ajo y una reducci\u00f3n del c\u00e1ncer de pr\u00f3stata, es\u00f3fago, laringe, boca, ovario y c\u00e9lulas renales.
